Working conditions and quality of employment

Trade union representatives increasingly operate in a cross-border context. It is thus important for them to understand the law and practices applying to such an environment. Nevertheless, employment disputes may arise in the application thereof, and mediation can be a way of solving them.

The aim of this training is to build trade union representatives’ capacity to develop constructive approaches to cross-border employment disputes and to further develop the existing ETUC networks.
