Vidia Ganase

Education and experience

Vidia has a university degree in training management from Sorbonne – Paris I (DESS)
Studies and research on learning to learn techniques and self-directed learning philosophy. She was trained TEFL teacher in charge of the design and delivery of specialised English courses. She is co-founder of a training company in international communications (Dixit CI).
She has experience in running multimedia language resource centres.
She was part-time trainer-consultant at the Food and Agriculture Federation (CFDT), which includes delivery of training to Trade Union officers at a national, regional and local level on the following themes: anticipation of change, modernisation of the organisation structure and Trade Union renewal.

Work areas covered at the ETUI

• Annual Trainers’ and Organisers’ Workshop: aim is to harmonise learning and delivery methods and ensure quality training within the affiliated organisations
• Training organisation and coordination of communication courses for Trade unionists and EWCs members in English and French and tailor-made courses on requests
• Delivery of an annual 11-day course for European trade unionists in French.
