  • To inform the participants about the Lisbon Strategy’s results
  • To make participants aware of the need to revise in face of the latest changes on the labour markets
  • To develop the trade union capacity to tackle the effects of the new economical changes and finding the ways forward
  • To be familiar with the role that trade unions can play in the process at national and regional level
