Vassil Kirov

Associate Researcher

Dr. Vassil Kirov, PhD (Sciences Po) is Senior Researcher at the Centre Pierre Naville, University of Evry, and Associate Professor in the Institute for the Study of Societies and Knowledge, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (ISSK-BAS). His research interests are in the sociology of enterprise, work and organisations, employment relations, labour markets and Europeanisation. Vassil Kirov has been a researcher in large EU-funded research projects (SMALL, WORKS, WALQING) and has worked as an external expert for the European Commission, the International Labour Organisation, the European Foundation for Working and Living Conditions, CEDEFOP, the Fundamental Rights Agency, the Swiss Development Agency, etc. He is a Visiting Professor at Sciences Po, France. He has published several books and articles in international scientific journals.
