Building on the ETUC policy priorities for strengthening collective bargaining and social dialogue as enshrined in the ETUC Rome Declaration, the general aim of this action is to strengthen cross-sector and sector collective bargaining throughout Europe by building the capacity of trade unions and providing them with support and tools for overcoming the challenges they are facing particularly at a national level, in order to prepare the conditions for the enforcement of the Pillar of Social Rights via collective agreements.
