Priority 2: Worker participation and industrial relations

Description

Trade unions are increasingly confronted with an ageing workforce as well as a lack of integration of the youth in the labour market. What are trade union concepts and practices supporting intergenerational solidarity and active ageing in the labour market, at work place level and in trade unions?

How can trade unions make use of the EU framework agreement on Intergenerational Solidarity and Active Ageing?
