Working conditions and quality of employment

Like a hydra, precarious work is extending the number of its tentacles. Forms of precarious work have increased and evolved since the economic crisis and are being transformed by the development of the digital economy.

Unions thus need to re-examine the issue and their strategies for improving working conditions, OSH, legal protection and the scope of collective bargaining to support and organise precarious workers.
