Background
Bianca Luna has been working at the Insitute since 2020 and works in both Research and Communication. Her research interest lie primarily in the area of social protection, particularly looking at unemployment insurance and minimum income. In addition to her role at the Institute, she is a doctoral candidate in Social Policy at the University of Edinburgh. She holds an MSc in Comparative Public Policy from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Social Policy Research from the London School of Economics.
Prior to joining the ETUI, she worked as an Assistant to a Member of the European Parliament and as a Communication Manager for the European Network for Women in Leadership.
