Education Officer

Background

Franklin holds a Master degree in Labour Science from the University of Brussels and a Master of Science in Health Care Ethics from the University of Birmingham (UK). He has an extensive experience in the field of adult education and digital learning gained in the higher education sector and the vocational education environment. Before joining ETUI, he worked for ten years as a Research Project Officer at the Center for Educational Technology of the Free University of Brussels (ULB) where he managed e-learning projects, designed training materials and developed educational programs. During the last seven years, he holds various positions in the field of training (Pedagogical coordinator, Head of unit and Director) at Le Forem, the Walloon Public Employment Service.
