Sara Lafuente Hernandez



Before joining the ETUI as a researcher, Sara had an Early Stage Researcher position at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) within the Marie Curie ITN Changing Employment project. Her PhD research deals with multi-level European industrial relations in the electricity sector. Prior to that, she was a practising labour lawyer in Spain. She has a Master 2 in research on Legal Theory and Analysis by the EHESS, Université Paris X-Nanterre and ENS-Ulm, and a Licenciatura in Law and Political Science by the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid.

Areas of activity

Multi-level European industrial relations, workers' participation, board-level employee representation in European Companies, Spanish industrial relations and labour law.
