Sonia Nawrocka

Background

Our research team welcomed Sonia in September 2023. She has an impressive academic background, with two master's degrees in Psychology and Statistics, and is currently finalising her joint PhD in Human Science at KU Leuven and the University of Verona. Sonia's thesis concentrated on the growth of job insecurity by examining the longitudinal association between its two primary dimensions: quantitative and qualitative job insecurity. She is now focusing her research on psychosocial risk factors (PSR) and climate change at the ETUI.
