Consultation of this site presupposes acceptance of the terms and conditions of use as defined below. ETUI reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
The contents of the site may be altered at any time and without notice. ETUI reserves the right to suppress access to the site or to any of its parts without notice.
- Intellectual property
This site is the property of ETUI, an international non-profit association established under Belgian law (aisbl 0.418.812.841), temporarly relocated to Chaussée de Haecht 579, 1030 Brussels, Belgium.
The contents and presentation of the web site (HTML or Flash pages, whether fixed or automatically generated, files of images, illustrations, sound, videos, names, trademarks, logos, data bases, etc.) shall be protected by copyright law, the law on trademarks and other intellectual property laws.
ETUI wishes to extend public access to its work and activities and runs its internet site, and the information, documents and other items included on it, exclusively for purposes of information. The content of this internet site is fully protected by copyright. Unless otherwise specified, ETUI authorises persons choosing to access its site to download and copy the site’s contents for their personal use and for non-commercial purposes. No other use of the contents shall be authorised without prior written permission from the ETUI.

- Legislation applicable and competent law courts
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law and shall be implemented pursuant to its provisions. The Brussels law courts are alone competent to deal with any litigation arising.
