Bethany is the managing editor of HesaMag, the ETUI's biannual magazine about health & safety and working conditions. She is also a communication officer and handles the contracts for translations and language revisions.
Bethany holds an MA in International Relations from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and a BA in English Literature from Newcastle University, the UK. Before joining the ETUI, she worked as a trainee advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau, a free public advice centre in the UK, where she dealt primarily with welfare, debt and employment issues.
