Abstract
In its pursuit of accrediting competences of Trade union trainers at the European level, the ETUI is working with the University of Lille 1 via the VAE procedure (validation des acquis de l'expérience). Once a year, several Eurotrainers present themselves before the jury at the university and present their reflexive portfolio based on self-analysis of their skills and competences as trainers, both at the national and the European level.
This is an important training programme, unique in its essence at the European level and now recognised, accredited and transferrable within the European Qualifications Framework.
