Abstract
Strengthen cross-sector and sector collective bargaining throughout Europe by building the capacity of trade unions (especially in the CEEC) and providing them with support and tools for overcoming the challenges they are facing particularly at a national level( in these times of crisis) . Collective Bargaining do not refers only to wage developments, but also includes elements such us: gender and equality; health and safety; working time arrangements; Life Long Learning, trade union renewal/membership. These elements will be covered in a mixed format ( hybrid and webinars).
