In these times of 'polycrisis', the trade union movement found that the collective agreement was the most potent tool to support and protect the workers. A series of training activities has been organised to acquire knowledge to support and strengthen the collective bargaining process. This course is the first of that series.

Aims of the webinar

-        To discover different TU experiences of collective bargaining in the time of polycrisis;

-        To compare practices on wage setting (including minimum wages) in Europe;

-        To design TU strategies at national, sectoral, and European levels to strengthen collective bargaining.

Interpretation will be available in English, Spanish, and Polish.
