
Abstract
The training aims to help EWC members and EWC steering committees to cope with difficult situations around EWCs (litigation, internal conflicts, relations with management), mainly about restructuring and confidentiality, as well as soft skills (group dynamics) and procedures (conflict resolution, arbitration, mediation, committees) will be approached during this training activity.
Expected outcomes
- to increase EWC members capacities to cope with critical issues
- to dispatch the ETUFs recommendation on restructuring among EWC members
- to improve the capacities of EWC to work efficiently
