Abstract
Gender perspective and attention to the goal of gender equality are central to all activities and need to take place in policy development, negotiation, research, advocacy, legislation, resource allocation, and trade union action. Lead your organisation toward gender equality and introduce gender as part of the organisational management. During this course you will get comfortable with the concepts and terms associated with gender - including sex, gender perspective, roles, and stereotypes - and you will learn to be an inspiring and effective change agent by developing a toolbox to mainstream gender equality in trade union action.
