This course aims to create awareness about the importance of incorporating a gender perspective when dealing with occupational health and safety, specifically regarding psychosocial risks, gender-based violence, and sexual harassment in the workplace. By identifying the main features, causes, and effects of these risks, as well as analyzing their impact on women's work organization and development, this course will provide tools for recognizing diversity in the workplace. It also provides a gender approach on occupational hazards, such as ergonomic, chemical, and psychosocial risks, while recognizing gender-based violence and sexual harassment as workplace hazards. The course aims to prevent and eradicate gender-based violence and sexual harassment at work, and share tools to create inclusive and safe workplaces for all. Furthermore, the course will explore strategies for trade union action in this field.

Working languages: English, French, Spanish.
