Abstract
Target audience:
European Works Council/SE WC members, EWC coordinators, wishing to explore the role of EWC in the field of CSR policies and non-financial information issues.
Objectives:
- Raising awareness regarding "soft law" initiatives and legal obligations concerning CSR and non-financial information;
- To develop social dialogue at the company level;
- Acquiring tools and methods to understand if companies are transparent, inclusive, accessible and sustainable for the workers;
- Improve the mechanisms of information, consultation, participation to better be able to check the company's activities and decisions
The training is an online workshop that is coordinated by the ETUI with participants from several European countries. There will be simultaneous interpretation during the workshop in EN, DE, FR. More languages may be added if requested by at least 5 participants. You may find the agenda here.
