We are hosting the first-ever training webinar targeted to EWC members operating in US-based companies. This online webinar will be held on Zoom, in English, with simultaneous interpretation (languages provided will rely upon the needs of participants enrolled)
Aims
The aim is to discuss the challenges shared by this particular group of EWCs: location of the agent, choice of governing law, power distance to the decision-makers, cooperation with EMEA management, ‘American style’ confidentiality, acknowledging EWC role by non-EU management and other relevant topics.
By connecting the US-based EWCs, we aim to allow growth on exchanges between EWCs sharing similar non-EU HQ countries.
Target group
If you are an EWC / SE WC / SNB member (or substitute) of an American company operating in Europe, don’t hesitate to enrol. Training is focused on US-based EWCs, but other non-EU EWCs will find the contents relevant and adequate to their situation. On top of it, we are inviting TU officers to organise or support US-based companies. There is no limit to the number of participants.
