Abstract
The world today requires the capacity to operate quickly. It is necessary to increase analytical skills and develop strategies at all levels. A way of thinking that is project-oriented, critical, open and strategic is a method to be learned and developed at the European level to define future strategies for a trade unionism that is effective, modern and updated.
Aims of the training
− To acquire methodologies for strategic thinking in a trade union environment.
− To increase analytical capacity when considering a given situation that we want to change.
− To practice foresight using megatrends analysis.
− To strengthen competences to think strategically.
