Abstract
During the COVID crisis, the number of reported incidents of violence against women had increased significantly, that includes a spike in online harassment, sexual harassment in the workplace, violence towards frontline women workers, as well as, domestic violence. To develop and enhance trade union actions to eradicate violence and harassment in the workplace is necessary to raise awareness of these situations. During this training course you will analyze the European legal framework and find the appropriate tools to tackle violence and harassment in the workplace.
