Description

The pandemic has shown how important occupational health and safety is for protecting workers’ health, and for creating safe, healthy working environments, and promoting a safety culture in the workplace. This training course will offer participants the opportunity to analyse and develop organising strategies and actions focused on health and safety in the Food, Agriculture, Tourism, Hospitality and Domestic Workers sectors.

Aims

At the end of this course participants will be able to: 

  • share experiences of organising young workers and youth through campaigns focusing on Health and Safety issues.
  • analyse the communication strategies on Health and Safety targeting young people;
  • contribute to strategies and action plans for organising youth.

Participants

Youth from national EFFAT affiliates.
